Lee has nearly forty years of experience working in the Isle of Man Financial Sector ranging from setting up and running his own trust company to acting as a Senior Director, and in one case Managing Director, of several high-profile trust companies (including for HSBC and Standard Bank).

Over the years he has been involved in the set up and management of international structures. As Head of Business Development, he is now actively involved in promoting Fortress’ established expertise to UK based private and corporate clients, international family offices, cross border trading companies including Non-domiciled individuals (UHNW and HNW) and Expats worldwide.

He is also responsible for establishing business relationships and building strategic partnerships with Government agencies, banks, law firms, specialist tax advisors and international fiduciary firms in other locations where we can mutually exchange skills and expertise in providing client solutions for international private and corporate clients.
