Registered OFFICE
An Isle of Man incorporated company must have a physical registered office on the Isle of Man. This will be registered and featured on the public record at the Isle of Man Companies Registry.
We would provide the registered office and hold all documents relating to the company that provides services including company registers, copy minutes, the memorandum, and articles of association.
Company Formation & ADMINISTRATION
Corporate vehicles can be utilised in a variety of ways and tailored to preserve and enhance wealth in succession planning. They can also be used as trading entities and investment holdings. Registered AGENT
It is a requirement under the Isle of Man Companies Act 2006 to have a Registered Agent.
Only persons holding the appropriate licence granted by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Authority may hold the title of Registered Agent. The Registered Agent is appointed to ensure proper record keeping and compliance with local regulatory obligations.
Foundations Formation & ADMINISTRATION
