Emma became a Director of Fortress Management Services Limited in 2019.

She obtained her Business Management BSc (Hons) in 2005 and became an associate member of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) in 2009. She became a Fellow of the institute in 2022.

Since starting at Fortress, Emma has worked to streamline and improve any, and all, processes. Her efforts have been fruitful, improving our already high levels of company and trust management and administration, and ensuring that we only ever offer the best service to both our existing clients, and potential ones.

Emma balances her time in the office by spending time camping and walking her four border collies. She also loves to travel, often visiting the USA.
